How can your purchase proceed?

First you contact us and tell us simply and informally which products you would like to buy and to which destination country you would like to have the Thai products delivered. Please send us all the information relevant to your purchase, such as your name, contact person, email address, an "emergency" phone number, and billing and shipping address.

We will then first take care of the availability of your desired Thai products, then of the transport possibilities via our Cargo in Bangkok, and then provide you with a personal offer. If you accept our offer, we will first ask you to pay in advance for all the products you have ordered.

Payment of your Thai products and transportation costs

How can you transfer money to Thailand cheaply? You can choose different ways and services of payment service providers. We have made good experiences with Ebury.com or with Wise.com, formerly Transferwise.com. You have the possibility to transfer money relatively cheap (depending on the amount you transfer: the more money you transfer, the cheaper it usually is) and directly to a European IBAN. The payment provider will then forward your money to our bank account in Thailand. A transfer directly from your bank account to a Thai bank account often costs much higher fees. You can avoid these with such a payment provider.

Good to know: In Thailand, banks do not use an IBAN system.

Important: Please note that we cannot cover any transfer fees for you. Please always make sure that your complete purchase amount can be cleared.

After we have received your complete payment on our Thai bank account, we will order your Thai products directly from the manufacturer in Thailand. In order to give you an orientation which products you can buy from us, we have pre-filled our online store here with numerous example products and also described the products in detail and deposited them with original pictures. For example, you can also simply use our item numbers of the individual products to order your desired quantity.

It could hardly be easier!

After the manufacturer has produced all products for you and made them ready for delivery, we order the transport of your products to our Cargo to the warehouse and packing terminal in Bangkok.

There your products will be measured, weighed and safely packed for transportation by ship or air. Your products can be packed as LCL in single cartons or also packed in a sea container of various sizes. This depends primarily on the transport route you require and the volume of your packed products. Also the delivery time plays an important role, container transports by ship naturally take much longer than a transport by airplane, air freight. Our Cargo in Bangkok also prepares the necessary export and import documents as well as all necessary additional documents for the perfect transport to you.

Our Cargo also takes care of all necessary inquiries at the Thai customs. Thus, our Cargo has over 20 years of experience and your Thai goods can quickly and legally leave Thailand and start their journey to you.
