Made from selected herbs, this sauce determines the typical taste of Paneng.
Paneng is a dish of classic Thai cuisine, well and typically Thai spiced but not too spicy.
The name "Paneng" comes from the Khmer language, Cambodia. There, chickens were and are cooked "cross-legged", i.e. as a whole in a large pot. And the word "Paneng" means "cross-legged". In the Thai language "to sit" means "nang".
Storage:
Original sealed pouch. Shelf life 1 year in freezer, 3 months at room temperature.
After opening in the refrigerator 8 months.
After opening, keep the bag in a closed can. Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid heat and sunlight.
